 Water Level: BBLA Minutes:  Rick H made a motion to go with option 2. FALL: 10 days after Columbus Day bring down to 20/29 inches below summer level. WINTER: On November 30th bring water level up to 15/24 inches below summer Level. SPRING: 10 days after ice out declared in the south end of the lake near Lollipop Island bring up to 10/16 inches. SUMMER: May 1st bring lake up to summer level. Stating that this is a guideline and the dam committee can adjust on an add needed basis. As in spring levels. If it is an early ice out, dry spring, then the water levels can be brought up earlier. Scott Mason seconded the motion. Approved unanimously.
