Our Programs

Bauneg Beg Lake Association has a seven member board. 

Becoming a member helps us help you enjoy your little piece of heaven by testing the water for phosphorus, oxygen, and clarity and by maintaining the dam that creates our lake. 

Bauneg Beg Lake was created by a dam built by the Morrell Family, to power their saw mill. Bauneg Beg Lake Association has a six member dam committee.

Bauneg Beg Lake Association is please to say we have a great water quality team that test the water each year from May to September. 

Provide for the annual placement and retrieval of both, hazard buoys and no-wake buoys so as to be in place by Memorial Day to at least Labor Day. 

Bauneg Beg Lake Association has fundraising events to help support lake testing and dam maintenance.

Bauneg Beg Lake Association was granted a 319 Grant that helps to stop phosphorus from polluting our lake has come to it's conclusion. Final report to be posted soon.
